INTRODUCTION
E-glass Stitch Mat is a fabric by chopping continuous strands into chopped strands of certain length and stitching together the chopped strands.
It has the following properties:
1. Mat width ranging from 200mm to 2600mm
2. No binder is used and polyester thread is used for selvedge binding
3. Good strand dispersion and uniform area weight
4. Good moldability and easy roll-out
5. Good wet out in resins, resulting in high molding productivity

APPLICATION
E-glass Stitch Mats are compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic and epoxy resins.
The typical end-use applications include FRP boat hulls, laminates, structural shapes and the inner lining of pipes
PACKING:
Each Stitch Mat is wound onto a paper tube and then wrapped up with plastic film, which can be packed in a cardboard box. The rolls are to be horizontally placed. Rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets.
